Return Policy

Crash and Smash Auto Parts Guarantee

Crash and Smash Auto Parts is dedicated to total satisfaction: efficiency, speed and follow through. Total satisfaction is defined as complete satisfaction in vehicle application and part fit. Items sold by Crash and Smash Auto Parts come with a 30-Day Satisfaction guarantee.

If Buyer is unsatisfied for any reason and is requesting a refund Crash and Smash will be responsible for the costs of shipping the item back.

If buy purchases part in error. For example, orders a right-side mirror instead of a left side. Customer is responsible for shipping costs for return and replacement of correct item.

Crash and Smash is responsible for all shipping costs if items were pulled wrong by warehouse.



All parts are warranted against defects, malfunctions and other types of failures for a period of 12 months. Warranty for items begin on the date item is received and that the 12-month period begins.


Supplies carry a warranty of 12 months from date of purchase. Except where noted, if one of our products fails within the warranty period, Crash and Smash will credit your account or ship you a replacement. This warranty covers the product price of the defective part and excludes labor, damages, shipping, and other costs. Abuse, misuse, modification, and incorrect installation are not covered under this warranty.

Parts Fit Guarantee

There is nothing more frustrating than ordering a part only to find out that it won’t fit your car like the retailer said it would. You can rest assured that all of our auto parts we carry will fit the vehicles that they are listed for. Crash and Smash Auto Parts does all the research for you. All the Parts we carry are guaranteed to fit the vehicles they are listed for. If a product does not fit the vehicle, Crash and Smash Auto Parts will make arrangements for a return or an exchange for the correct part minus shipping costs, except for the difference in costs of the part.

Additional vehicle questions may be asked such as the vehicle identification number (VIN) to help identify the reason for the fit issue.

Incorrect Item

Please call toll free 443-579-5001 if the incorrect item was received and the correct item will be delivered at no charge.

No longer want or need an item

Parts or supplies no longer needed or ordered in error may be return to Crash and Smash Auto Parts within 30 days of the original purchase date (excludes custom made items). The items must be in brand new condition with the box unopened to receive a full refund. If the box has been tampered or the items removed, a refund will be issued with a %10 restocking and administrative fee. Damage from shipping or non-receipt of a shipment:

We will ship a new item out immediately (for items over $150 we will ship a new item upon receiving the damaged item)


PayPal and Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. We accept all major credit cards over the phone. Cash or credit cards are accepted at time of pick-up for items listed as Local Pick-Up Only. No personal checks are accepted

By law, we charge state sales tax for items shipped to Maryland residents and all local pick-ups. MD Sales Tax (6%) applies to subtotal + S&H.
